Two Ingredient Bagels
- Summer
- Quick & Easy

Only 2 ingredients but double the fun! These speedy bagels will transform your breakfasts and lunches, make them in a few simple steps and spread your favourite toppings.
Ingredients
250g self-raising flour (I like to use wholemeal or a combination of wholemeal and plain, and if you don’t have self-raising, then just add 1 tsp baking powder)
Pinch of salt
Egg wash
Seeds of choice to top
Method
1. Preheat your air fryer (or oven) to 180. Mix your Greek recipe yogurt and flour in a bowl until combined to form a dough. On a lightly floured surface, briefly knead your dough before dividing it into 4 equal balls and rolling each ball into a bagel shape.
2. Brush the top of each bagel with a beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds. Cook in your air fryer for 20 minutes until golden.
Serving suggestions: Cream cheese, cucumber and mackerel topped with fresh dill.
