Raspberry Coconut Lollies

These rich, fruity bites are as pretty as they are delicious. Perfect for parties, after-dinner treats, or if you fancy a little snack.
Ingredients
150g raspberries
30g desiccated coconut
200g chocolate of choice - either milk or dark
Freeze dried or frozen raspberry pieces to decorate
Method
Put the Greek Recipe yogurt, raspberries and coconut in a bowl. Using a fork mash the raspberries and combine all the ingredients together.
Spoon your mixture into lolly moulds with a stick and place in the freezer until frozen through (about 4 hours).
Melt your chocolate and put it in a tall, slim container that will work for dipping. We like to use a small, slim mug. Once you have removed your lollies from their moulds, dip each one into the melted chocolate and then quickly sprinkle your raspberry pieces. You will need to be quick as the chocolate will set fast!
Store in a freezer container for 3 months
