Cool, creamy, and bursting with billions of live cultures, the Yeo Valley Organic Frozen Blueberry Kefir is the perfect partner to a sweet, crumbly biscuit.
Ingredients
Biscuits of choice (we love a homemade lemon shortbread biscuit)
Method
Firmly hold the frozen kefir on its side and, using a serrated knife, carefully cut horizontally through the kefir pot about 3 cm from the bottom, creating a circle of the frozen kefir. Work your way up the pot so you end up with multiple circles of frozen kefir to fill your biscuits.
Pop the frozen kefir circles out of the cardboard ring and sandwich between 2 of your biscuits. Depending on the size of your biscuits, you may wish to trim the edges of the ice cream to fit. Serve and enjoy straight away.
